A C corporation can also write off life insurance and Disability insurance, under Section 79 of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). However, the C corporation needs to have the legal wordings put in the Article of Incorporation. Taking advantage of C corporation tax deductions is easy but the owner of the C corporation needs to ensure that the terms are included in the application form for C corporation when he or she files for the incorporation of his or her business as a C corporation.
